Initial Enquiry

From the initial enquiry you can expect a professional and polite service that will remain so throughout the whole process.
At this point we will take your contact details and discuss your requirements, timescales and the process in brief in order to have a little insight before our meeting.
Following this, if you are happy, we will book you in for a consultation which is free of charge within a twenty mile radius of Chichester, West Sussex. A fee is charged if you are outside this area but is refunded if we are commissioned.

Consultation

The consultation will include a detailed client brief:

  • The use of the garden – relaxation, dining, recreation for children etc.
  • The style of garden – contemporary, period etc.
  • Features – timber decking, natural stone terraces, water features etc.
  • Lighting
  • Plants – likes, dislikes, formal, architectural etc.
  • Number of cars for front gardens and parking.

During this we will help you with ideas and products. We also have a large portfolio for you to view.

The consultation will include detailed notes and photographs of the existing garden:

  • Boundaries
  • Trees
  • Existing features i.e. terraces, water features, neighbouring properties etc.
  • Garden buildings.
  • Aspect and soil conditions

From this we will be able to gauge the complexity of the design and construction process. We will then need to discuss your budget in relation to the building costs of the garden. We will be able to give you an idea of the costs involved.

From all the information we will prepare a detailed quotation to carry out the design, and this is usually completed within 7 days of the consultation.

For an average size garden the consultation can last anywhere between 2 to 4 hours.
Generally the design process starts from £754.00 + Vat.
